9. Data obtained via third-party platforms, including Meta (e.g., Facebook or Instagram public profile info, email, and any other authorized data)
10. Google User Data (when you choose to connect your Google Account, such as Google profile information, email address, or other authorized data, strictly limited to the scope you grant access to).

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the data we collect to:

1. Verify your identity and business during onboarding (KYC purposes)
2. Personalize your experience and improve our services
3. Train our AI systems to better serve your business needs
4. Monitor usage to identify areas for platform improvement
5. Communicate with you about your account, updates, or new features
6. Deliver relevant advertising and content, including through Meta platforms using tools such as Meta Pixel
7. Provide services that integrate with your Google Account (if authorized), such as account login, communication, or productivity features. Google user data is never used for advertising or profiling beyond the stated purposes.

4. Payments

When payments are enabled, we integrate Paystack to process secure transactions.

• Payment processing and data storage are managed by Paystack according to their privacy policy.
• Automation365 LTD may have access to non-sensitive payment metadata for transaction verification and support purposes.
• We do not store your card details or sensitive financial data directly on our platform.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information.
